We begin with the arts of HomeComing, the first arts, the foundation of personal, deep feminine sovereignty. Here you develop the willingness, skillful means, and strength to come into full residency of your own life, your own body, your extraordinary capacities as Woman. There are four transmissions and accompanying guided practices in this cycle, with the intention that each week you will focus and deepen with a particular aspect of indwelling power.

Week Two: Sovereign

Poise and Periphery

The transmission for this week is an exploration of poise and periphery (referring to the threshold of your personal, sacred space). This is an evolution of last week's practice, although it also stands on its own.

Sovereignty in this context is not dependent on or vulnerable to circumstance. It is established through a conscious, internal, nested poise, and an alignment with the natural laws that define and preserve the thresholds between ourselves, our personal energy, and the rest of all that moves in the world.

Week Three: Guardian

Boundaries, Containment, Discernment

The transmission for this week is GUARDIAN, an exploration of boundaries, containment, and discernment. The recordings are a bit longer than the first two weeks, so take your time and pause when necessary.

Week Four: Sacred Bowl

Incorruptible, Oracular, Indwelling

The transmission for this week is THE SACRED BOWL, a very deep dive into the powerful, holy inner sanctum that is the womb space, and the miraculous vessel that is the sacred bowl. I love, love, love this practice and the opening of this whole realm. It is in many ways the culmination of what we have been doing all month, strengthening and amplifying the fundamental sacred architecture that surrounds us and interpenetrates our bodies. Sitting down into power, dominion, establishing poise, sovereignty, claiming, discernment, guardian, and now tending to the jewel of the inner chamber, the innermost, inviolable holy place, the sacred bowl.
